Respociser Lung Exerciser (Pack of 4)

Increase your lung capacity with volumetric exerciser! This unit measures the volume of air you inspire and shows you how effectively you are filling your lungs with each inhalation. It is composed of a base & central part divided into three chambers containing three small spheres differently in colour & size.

Caution :

• Stop using the spirometer and rest any time that you feel dizzy or become disoriented. This is the result of taking in more oxygen than  your body is used to handling.

How to use :

• Make sure there is no leak when you inhale through mouth piece. Try and be as comfortable as you can.
• Sit, and sit straight if you can. You can use a pillow or towel to support where you had surgery.
• Hold or stand the spiromter in an upright position.
• Exhale (breathe out) normally. Then place your lips tightly around the mouthpiece. Don't block the opening in the mouthpiece.
• Inhale (breathe in) slowly to raise the ball or piston in the chamber. Continue inhaling and try to raise the ball indicator to the level of the graduation or as high as you can.
• Try to inhale longer, then hold your breath for two to three seconds, and then slowly let the air out.
• Cough deeply as you exhale. This will help bring up sputum so that you can cough it out. You should breathe in and out through the mouthpiece (not your nose).

Safety Instructions: Do not disassemble and reuse the product between patients, it may cause cross contamination. Do only three or four inhalation/exhalation cycles in a row.
